Recruitment services specialist expands team following demand from US vendors
Acumin Consulting, the leading UK recruitment services specialist to the information security and risk management markets, launches today its services to the US market. The expansion comes as a result of demand from US-based vendors that Acumin has previously serviced within Europe and Acumin’s desire to build a global Information Security recruitment practice. Encouraged by demand within the IT security market despite the recent economic downturn, Acumin has now expanded its operations to the Americas.
Experienced recruitment professionals Bill McGowan and Jeff Combs will spearhead the launch, duplicating the executive search, permanent and contract recruitment services currently provided by Acumin across EMEA. Bill and Jeff will grow the brand throughout the Americas and anticipating rapid growth, Acumin plans to recruit several more consultants by the end of 2011. Following the expansion Acumin also intends to replicate its RANT (Risk and Network Threat Forum) events currently held in the UK, which allow information security professionals to meet and debate hot topics in the industry.
